Looking for someone who can help us with family and property law. We are not a company just a hardworking family that is about to get screwed over by a gold digger. I am looking for someone who can help my Dad and I stop her.
My dad is getting older now and his health is diterating in the last few years due to what she does to him. He has been off work for the last 12 months due to his health and was being a stay at home Dad for my 9 year old sister. During that 12 months she was meant to be paying the mortgage as she would have the main income. However she did not pay the repayments as agreed and now Dad has been forced to go back into work even though his health is still poor.
Now she has left him and want to take half of the that she has never contributed towards. my Dad had brought the house 10 years prior to meeting.
I need someone who can help us fight her or even just give me some advise on what we can do to stop her .
