SUNMAID 20 W TRAILER, SOUND CONDITION AND VERY STABLE FAMILY BOAT in HALLETT COVE, South Australia for sale

Up for sale is this great very stable and safe Sunmaid 20. Its proven ability to sail in all different weather conditions, in protected inland waters or on the sea makes a great boat for all applications. We have sailed it on the lower lakes out of Goolwa and had great family times on the boat. We regretfully sell this boat due to time constraints and because our daughters are now starting to do their own sailing closer to Adelaide.
The antifoul was done about a year ago and we have installed a depth sounder about 2 years ago. The hull is in very good and sound condition, no rot or anything else.
The boat comes with
- 5HP Yamaha outboard, starts first pull, could pump more water but does ok. It has just been fully serviced, incl. filters, spark plugs etc. and cleaned out
- Trailer, breaks fully refurbished and new spings in Sep 2014, tyres good, should not need any maintenance over the next few years

Overall the boat is in good condition and dry. The hull is sound. The two plywood panels locking the area down below could do with a bit of work.
The trailer is a dual axle trailer and tows great.
Good family boat and sleeps 4-5 (2-3 little ones in the bow, 1 each in the back on either side)
